We have reserved a block of rooms at the Berkeley Hotel in Las Vegas! This is completely optional. If you prefer another arrangement, please feel free to pursue whatever is most comfortable!

Individual guests must make their own reservation(s):​

• Block applies to rooms that are check in (3/19 @ 4:00 pm), check out (3/22 @ 10:00 AM). 

• 1 night room + tax will be due upon making reservation, remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to arrival

• Individual cancellations must be made before 7 days of arrival (or forfeiture/penalty of one night's room + tax); no shows are charged for the full stay

• About the rooms: Each 1-bedroom can sleep 4 people. It has a living room, full kitchen, large bathroom, washer-dryer, and sofa couch in the living room that pulls out into a double bed.

• Last day to place reservations: Thursday, February 19, 2026
